Exchange/ Return Policy / Store Credits
Returns/ Exchange request:
We only accept size exchange request of item / items for within 2 days from date of delivery.
The request should only be placed from the link at the bottom of the website using AWB number or Order number.
Any exchange will only be accepted with the original packing along with the green cloth bag. If the cloth bag is not sent with the parcel, Rs 200 will be deducted from the Store Credit ( in case of RETURNS ).
We ( Meeami Fashion ) will not bear the courier charges for any exchange request. Customer is responsible for sending the parcel back to us in its original condition.
If the customer wants an exchange, the customer has to send it back to us form their side and pay the courier charges . The courier charges for both the sides for any exchange, the customer will have to bear/ pay for it.
Important Note:
We do not accept returns request in any form. Only size exchanges are accepted.
CUSTOM SIZE ORDERS: Any orders placed with CUSTOM size option will not be either exchanged for any other size and NO Returns in any form ( Cash / Store Credit).
NO REFUNDS and EXCHANGES applicable for CUSTOM size orders.
STORE CREDIT USE : While ordering using the store credit, the discount amount will only be applicable after the current offer amount and not on the total MRP.
Eg: MRP is Rs 5999 and current offer is 15% OFF which will be Rs 5099. Now the store credit code amount will be applicable on Rs 5099 and NOT Rs 5999 ( MRP ).
In case of NO offers, the store credit amount will be applicable on the MRP.
In case of any reverse pickup for a size exchange or returns, on any NON serviceable pincode the customer will have arrange the courier at their end, bear the courier cost and Meeami Fashion is not responsible for the reverse pick up. The customer will have to then inform and share tracking details with us by email about the courier details.
All you need to do is inform us of the Defect/Damage within 2 working days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at care@meeamifashion.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Full name
- Contact number
- Attached images of the defects/damage on the product
Items on SALE:
Any product / item on SALE is NO-REFUNDABLE and NO EXCHANGE is applicable . No store credit and size change will be accepted on " SALE ITEMS"
GARMENTS WITHOUT TAGS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
Please escalate any Exchange Orders at the time of delivery confirmation. Please send a screenshot of the product if it is damaged or in bad condition. If an item is faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please escalate it by email within 24 hrs of receiving your order at the link in website or Whatsapp ( 9811056964 ).
Condition of exchanges.
- Products are unused
- Products are in their original packaging with all stickers and tags still attached
- Proof of purchase or invoice number provided
Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.

If 2 days have gone by since the day you received your purchase, and the return has not reached us- unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange. No Exceptions after this period.
- We offer a size exchange policy only , no product/color exchange, wherein if the item does not fit you right, you can raise a size exchange request
- NO CASH REFUNDS / TRANSFER CAN BE PROVIDED,
