Exchange/ Return Policy
There are no Hassles for a Exchange at Meeami Fashion.
Returns/ Exchange request:
We accept Returns/ Exchanges request of items for within 2 days from date of delivery.
The request should only be placed from the link at the bottom of the website or the APP.
Only for the 1st time exchange, we ( Meeami Fashion ) will bear the courier charges and after this if the customer wants an exchange, the customer has to send it back to us form their side and pay the courier charges . The courier charges for both sides, the customer will have to bear it.
When a store credit is issued, the company will bear the courier dispatch charges only once. If any further exchange is required, it will only be approved once and no further return/ credit note will be issued.

All you need to do is inform us of the Defect/Damage within 2 working days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
- Order number
- Full name
- Contact number
- Attached images of the defects/damage on the product
GARMENTS WITHOUT TAGS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
Please escalate any Exchange Orders at the time of delivery confirmation. Please send a screenshot of the product if it is damaged or in bad condition. Exchanges are accepted if the product was found damaged at the time of delivery and the amount will get credited as a credit note/ coupon account within 3-5 business days upon receiving the item and can be used for further purchases at Meeami Fashion.
If an item is faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please escalate it by email within 24 hrs of receiving your order at the link in website or App.
Condition of returns/exchanges.
- Products are unused
- Products are in their original packaging with all stickers and tags still attached
- Proof of purchase or invoice number provided
Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.

If 2 days have gone by since the day you received your purchase, and the return has not reached us- unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. No Exceptions after this period.
Once we receive your return we will confirm receipt within 2-3 business days and communicate whether your return has been approved.
- We offer a size exchange policy only , no product/color exchange, wherein if the item does not fit you right, you can raise a size exchange request
- In case of unavailability of required size in the same product, only a credit voucher can be issued to the customer for any future purchase within 12 months of issuance
- NO CASH REFUNDS CAN BE PROVIDED, only Credit note will be issued to the customers.
