We endeavor to ensure that only accurate and up to date information is placed online. In the event that incorrect information is included in the Website, we will place a correction on the content area.

3. Product Accuracy

Care has been taken to ensure that the products and descriptions of them on this site are accurate. The size & Shape may vary minutely with the actual image shown on the website. Though we take extra care to avoid any discrepancies.

4. Details

By placing an order, you agree to buy and pay the amount by the mode of payment chosen by you and authorize us to use your contact details for order processing and dispatching via courier / transportation company.

5. The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of  Meeami Fashion.

6. We will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. 

7. Meeami Fashion reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

8  Meeami Fashion in may at any time make changes or modify the website, its contents, the policies and terms and conditions including the privacy policy, shipping policy, return policy without any prior notice and it may do so with no prior permissions from users of the site or service.

9. For remote locations, the delivery time may vary from the time slot chosen and also  Meeami Fashion can cancel the order if the product is not possible. The funds will then get refunded back to the customer with next 3-4 working days. Extra Delivery charges for remote locations and cities may apply depending upon the area.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at  Delhi.
